WHISTLEBLOWING
At EUROFISH S.A., we value transparency and ethics throughout our production chain. We foster an environment in which employees feel safe and empowered to report any activity that is illegal, unethical, or contrary to our internal policies. For this reason, we have implemented several confidential, anonymous, and secure channels for employees and other stakeholders, to responsibly report any concerns or irregularities they may observe in the workplace or through our supply chain, regarding violations of the law, internal policies, acts of corruption, fraud, conflicts of interest, discrimination, workplace harassment, embezzlement, human rights violations, health, safety, or environmental risks, among others.
These channels consist of two physical mailboxes located in the company managed by Human Resources, a physical mailbox managed directly by the General Management, as well as a digital mailbox accessible from the company’s platform. Additionally, our stakeholders can report any complaint (anonymously or not) through our website. We guarantee the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower unless it is permitted or required by law to disclose such information. We are committed to taking appropriate and timely action to address concerns raised by our employees and to continuously improve our business practices.
EUROFISH S.A. will not tolerate retaliation or reprisals against employees who make good-faith reports. We ensure whistleblower protection and will take steps to prevent and address any form of retaliation.
